The time required for your order to travel from our international shipping center to your delivery location.
Estimated delivery times for major destinations:
- USA / Canada / Australia: 6–10 business days.
Holiday / Peak Season delivery times for major destinations:
- USA / Canada / Australia: 10–15 business days.
Please note: Shipping times do not include potential delays due to customs and duties. Additionally, there may be longer delivery times during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, Black Friday, or Valentine’s Day.

Refund Policy for Shipping Fees
- Non-Refundable Clause: Once paid, the shipping fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the shipment is delayed, refused, or returned.

Order Modifications and Cancellations
Orders enter our packaging system within 24 hours. To modify or cancel an order, contact support@oobend.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact support@oobend.com within 30 days of your order date.
