Official Sweepstakes Rules, October 2026

I. Promotion Overview & Sweepstakes Period

The Oobend Apple Watch SE 3 Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on October 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on October 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

The Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) Apple Watch SE 3 (approximate retail value: $249 each; total approximate retail value of all prizes: $2,490). Winners will be selected by random drawing after the Promotion Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

II. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Lawsun LLC, d/b/a Oobend ("Sponsor"), 111 NE 1st St, 8th Floor, #88694, Miami, Florida 33132.

III. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of forty four (44) U.S. states and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry.

Residents of the following states are NOT eligible: Alaska, Hawaii, Florida, Michigan, New York, Rhode Island.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and anyone living in the same household (related or not), are not eligible.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

IV. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligible individuals may enter in either of the following ways:

1. Online Entry
Each order placed on oobend.com during the Promotion Period earns one (1) automatic entry. There is no limit on purchase based entries. Orders that are canceled or fully refunded before the drawing are not eligible.

2. Mail In Entry (AMOE)
Hand write the following on a 3" × 5" card:

  • "Oobend Apple Watch SE 3 Giveaway"
  • Full name
  • Mailing address
  • City, state, ZIP code
  • Email address
  • Date of birth

Mail the card in a hand addressed, stamped envelope to:

Mail in entries must be postmarked no later than October 31, 2026 and received no later than November 7, 2026.

Limit: one (1) mail in entry per person, household, and email address per day of the Promotion Period. Multiple entries in the same envelope will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or damaged mail.

V. Prize Details

Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) Apple Watch SE 3 (approximate retail value: $249 each). Total approximate retail value of all prizes combined: $2,490. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household. No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion; Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prize will be shipped only to a verified address within an eligible state. Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of this Sweepstakes, and Apple Watch is a trademark of Apple Inc.

VI. Winner Selection & Verification Process

A. Selection
Ten (10) potential winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. If the same person or household is drawn more than once, that drawing is void and another entry will be drawn. The drawing will take place between November 8, 2026 and November 16, 2026.

B. Verification Requirements
Each potential winner must be a legal resident of an eligible state (listed above) and fully eligible under these Official Rules. If a potential winner is ineligible or does not complete verification, an alternate winner will be selected.

C. Notification
Sponsor will notify each potential winner by email, using the email address on the winning order or mail in entry. Each potential winner must reply within seven (7) days. If a potential winner does not reply in time, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

D. Documentation and Taxes
Each winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release. Each winner is solely responsible for all taxes on the prize.

VII. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or any other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules does not waive that term.

Scam & Impersonation Disclaimer
Sponsor will never ask for banking information, credit card numbers, or payment of any kind to claim a prize. Winner notifications will only come from an official oobend.com email address. Sponsor is not responsible for fraudulent messages from third parties claiming to be connected with this Sweepstakes, or for any losses arising from them.

VIII. Release & Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from any claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, possession, or use of the prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for technical errors, failed communications, lost entries, or any issues outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

IX. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes gives Sponsor permission to use each winner's first name, last initial, city, and state for promotional purposes, without further notice or compensation.

X. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. By entering, entrants consent to Sponsor's use of their information to run the Sweepstakes.

XI. Winner List

For the names of the winners (available approximately two weeks after the Promotion Period), send a self addressed, stamped envelope to:

XII. Third Party Disclaimers

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Apple Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, or any other social platform.

XIII. Governing Law & Disputes

All disputes shall be resolved individually (without class action) in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under the laws of the State of Florida.

XIV. Right to Modify or Terminate

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate this Sweepstakes at any time if circumstances beyond its control affect its operation.
